The Circle of Talent: searching for new DJ stars
Do you want to hone your skills and step up your DJ game? Full Circle and Jammings are hosting three DJ masterclasses and contests for fans of hard techno, drum 'n' bass and house/minimal/techno. The big price at the finish line? A spot on the line-up of Full Circle 2023.
For each genre, a different masterclasses will take place in Kavka Oudaan on Sunday August 27. Lolita will take care of the hard techno class, Primate will teach us the ways of drum 'n' bass mixing, and Rick Baguette will uncover the secrets of house, minimal and techno from 90s until now. After these classes, you (and anyone who wants to try their luck) have one month to submit a DJ mix. Then on October 15, the finalists will battle for the top spots.
Sounds like a challenge you're up for? Don't sleep because each masterclass only has place for ten students. Participants must have at least some nominal experience in DJ-ing.
